EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant in Deal Management - Health in the US. You will support and execute operational projects across multiple sectors, helping to develop and implement transaction strategies with our client service team.

The role includes exposure to pre-deal and post-deal engagements and requires a commercial mindset to drive client value. Ideal candidates have a business-related degree (or MBA) with consulting experience, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
