DataAnalystJobs is seeking a Health Data Analyst to improve data quality and perform advanced statistical analyses across healthcare data sources. You will build interactive dashboards and reporting tools to support Value-Based Care and executive decision-making.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with claims and clinical data, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for clinicians and leadership, while upholding HIPAA and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing healthcare data.
• Experience with healthcare claims and clinical data distributions.
• Strong SQL, Python, and BI dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Write advanced SQL to extract and manipulate health datasets.
• Design and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
• Perform population analytics and quality metrics studies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance.
• Communicate insights to clinicians and executives.
• Lead cross-functional data projects.
