VetsEZ is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote role supporting the statewide HIE and Health Data Utility projects. The position requires 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience, strong SQL and BI skills, and the ability to translate clinical quality specifications into reporting logic.

The candidate must reside within the continental US and have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This remote opportunity includes benefits and ongoing opportunities in a federally funded project context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public health, health informatics, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience across dashboards, reporting, and population health.
• Experience delivering healthcare analytics, BI, and reporting outputs.
• Strong SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience with clinical or payer data related to utilization or population health.
• Ability to interpret HEDIS/MIPS specifications and validate findings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dashboards, operational reports, and visualizations for program, provider, and payer stakeholders.
• Analyze healthcare utilization, patient cohorts, care gaps, and population health trends.
• Translate HEDIS, MIPS, and clinical quality specifications into analytical and reporting logic.
• Build and validate reporting queries, datasets, and measure calculations.
• Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate on remediation.
• Document metric definitions, analytical methods, and explain findings to stakeholders.
