• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, skilled at moving things forward
• Passion for business and a drive for higher goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator growth and ecosystem strategies for the Health category, with a focus on scalable GMV and creator penetration growth
• Own end‑to‑end strategic initiatives across creator growth, agency partnerships, creator education, and ecosystem operations — from problem identification and strategy development to execution and performance tracking
• Manage and grow relationships with Health creators and creator agencies, including creator incubation, performance management, and long-term partnership development
• Analyze creator, content, and commerce performance data to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and category insights
• Drive creator incubation strategies, including creator segmentation, partnership models, and scalable operational programs
• Improve creator‑to‑seller matchmaking efficiency through operational optimization, process design, and ecosystem tooling
• Partner cross‑functionally with category, product, strategy, and operations teams to drive ecosystem initiatives and solve complex business problems
• Lead creator education initiatives around content strategy, livestreaming, and platform best practices
