Job description

The Health Coordinator is responsible for ensuring children and families have high-quality access to health, oralhealth, and nutrition services, including follow-up that maintains a schedule of well care as determined by EPSDT standards.

Work with children and on special diets, oversee medication administration, and track and facilitate all medical requirements including vison and hearing screenings and follow up needed.
