Job summary

Serotonin Centers in Stamford, CT seeks an S.E.R.O. Concierge to guide guests through their wellness journey, delivering personalized, data-driven plans using Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app and InBody to track progress.

You own member results, engagement and retention by applying the CARES framework across Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Nutraceuticals and Medication, while documenting interactions and evolving personalized habits in the app.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching people on fitness, nutrition or wellness.
• A passion for health and wellness; an empathetic, guest-centered communicator.
• Comfort with consultative sales and the ability to educate and motivate.
• Strong organization, follow-through and accountability to results.
• Tech comfort with Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app, InBody and general business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Follow the CARES framework and understand each guest's goals and concerns; propose Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Weight Management, Restore and Recovery, Body Sculpting and Aesthetics.
• Symptoms and conversation always come first, before any InBody or bloodwork numbers.
• Conduct consultations with empathy and active listening; use InBody scans to set baseline metrics and goals.
• Document personalized exercise, nutrition and supplement plans in Zenoti and the Serotonin Coach app.
• Coach members across the Five Pillars: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Nutraceuticals and Medication.
• Provide bi-weekly InBody scans and review body composition trends.
• Maintain bi-weekly sessions with value-added coaching and goal setting.
• Lead community outreach, referrals and reviews efforts.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The S.E.R.O. Concierge guides guests and members through their wellness journey, building measurable results and accountability. Using Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app, InBody and our trackers, you deliver personalized, data-driven coaching across the Five Pillars: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Nutraceuticals and Medication. You own member results, engagement and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

GUEST CONSULTATIONS & PERSONALIZED PLANS

• Follow the C.A.R.E.S. framework and fully understand every guest's goals, symptoms and concerns. Help them see the solutions available through Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Weight Management, Restore and Recovery, Body Sculpting and Aesthetics.
• Symptoms and conversation always come first, before any InBody or bloodwork numbers.
• Run consultations with empathy and impeccable listening, using InBody scans to set baseline metrics and goals.
• Document personalized exercise, nutrition and supplement plans in Zenoti and the Serotonin Coach app.

THE FIVE PILLARS & BODY COMPOSITION PROGRESS

• Coach every member across the Five Pillars: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Nutraceuticals and Medication. When the plan is run correctly, the Five Pillars are the number one driver of retention.
• Provide bi-weekly InBody scans and review body composition trends: muscle, fat, water and metabolic markers.
• Coach toward sustainable behavior change and action bias with micro-habits and weekly goals.
• Add value to every bi-weekly session so members are excited to be on this journey with you.

NUTRACEUTICAL PROTOCOLS

• Recommend and manage Serotonin nutraceutical protocols, and track adherence and refills. Our nutraceuticals are third-party tested.
• Set every new member up on Nutraceutical Best.
• Educate members on supplement timing, dosage and how supplements work with their program.

MEMBER COMMUNICATION & DOCUMENTATION

• Keep in contact with every member by app and phone on the cadence set by their Wellness Type: Type D every day, Type C every other day, Type B twice a week, Type A once a week.
• Document all interactions, photos and progress in Zenoti, and capture outcomes in the Serotonin Coach app.

MEMBERSHIP & PROGRAM CREATION

• Turn guests into members with consultative selling and the Systemic Close.
• Make sure every guest learns about the full Treatment Stack, not only the service they came in for.
• Publish individualized habits, menus, exercise, sleep recommendations and nutrition programs in the Serotonin Coach app.

BOOKING CADENCE, REFERRALS & REVIEWS

• Book the next appointment before every guest leaves. Our plans bring guests back weekly and monthly, so the next visit is always on the books before they walk out. That is how we keep our level of service.
• Ask every guest for a referral: who in their life would benefit from what they are experiencing here.
• Ask every guest to leave a review on our Google Business Profile.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & EVENTS

• Lead or take part in local outreach: open houses, talks and grassroots events.
• Collect leads and book guests on site.
