Nimble Health seeks compassionate healthcare professionals to join a remote telehealth team. The role centers on care navigation, patient education, and clinical support via phone, with a 12:30pm–9:00pm EST schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in OT, PT or Athletic training.

• Bilingual medical Spanish a plus; motivational interviewing a plus.

Responsibilities

Nimble Health is a growing company looking for dedicated, compassionate health care professionals to join the team. We are looking for bilingual medical Spanish speaking health coach. Position is remote. Hours 12:30pm to 9:00pm EST.

Responsibilities include:

• Triage (initial) and follow up (subsequent) on patient’s symptoms, treatment, and care satisfaction
• Medical/surgicaldecision support
• Member education

Review care history with patients with care navigation and educational focus to reinforce current treatment instructions and/or education on additional treatment options.

Exercise clinical judgment in life and limb-threatening situations for proper connection and communication to the current treating provider or emergency medical services if warranted.

Minimum Requirements:

2 -3 years of healthcare experience

Bachelors Degree in OT, PT or Athletic training

Experience in a telephonic role, call center, telephone triage, etc.

Orthopedic, Rehab or Trauma background preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to develop rapport with others,

Bilingual medical Spanish a plus

Knowledge and experience with motivational interviewing a plus
