Job summary

NSFIT Clubs is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle upkeep, repairs, and maintenance work orders across club facilities. Strong problem-solving, hands-on ability with tools, and reliability are essential assets for this role.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred; experience with flooring, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus. Must have transportation and be highly organized with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with flooring, plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tasks including painting, patching, cleaning facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs on company machinery, health club equipment and appliances.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
• Flooring and installation of flooring.
• Repair plumbing, basic electrical and safety systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
• Oversee the watering system and trash containers on the company premises.
