Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware, and more to ensure a positive guest experience in a high-energy health club setting.

Educational requirement is a High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire and the role involves lifting and

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to repeatedly bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements via logs and inspection systems.
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, and responds immediately to emergency repairs.
• Records all repair and preventive maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
