Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe. You will handle routine maintenance and repairs of plumbing, lighting, millwork and door hardware in a high-energy health club environment.

Expect varied challenges daily as you keep mechanical systems running and contribute to a positive guest experience. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift 20+ lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems.
• Ensures temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet requirements.
• Responds to repair requests and handles emergencies.
• Records all maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
