The Maintenance Technician role requires responsiveness to repair requests, logging maintenance activity, and adhering to safety and company standards within a busy health club setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to bend and lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements.
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, including emergency repairs.
• Records all repair and preventative maintenance activity.
