Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Delaware is seeking a Center Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff hiring and supervision, and the implementation of operating procedures in collaboration with the Medical Services Administration team. The role covers Family Planning and Medical/Surgical Abortion Services, with emphasis on compliance, patient flow, and cost-effective center management.

A valid DE LPN license and vaccine policy adherence are required, with prior supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years outpatient experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience required; ability to lead and motivate.
• Must have working knowledge of private/public health insurance and CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned center(s) or service(s) and supervise all staff.
• Ensure compliance with PPDE policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage patient care delivery, scheduling, and staff assignments for all services.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff; coordinates staffing needs.
• Participate in planning budgets and monitoring monthly expenses.
