Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor to guide daily staff activities and assist the Practice Manager in achieving performance objectives while delivering high‑quality patient care.

As part of the Oak Street Health center leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, manage staffing needs, and support the onboarding and coaching of team members to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in a customer service setting.
• 1+ year experience leading a team.
• Proficient PC skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk coverage and contribute to service teamwork.
• Monitor attendance and plan coverage for absences.
• Monitor provider schedules daily for smooth patient flow.
• Manage transportation schedule to maximize resources and patient experience.
• Complete daily operational rounds and confirm foundational tasks are done.
• Monitor queues, checklists and performance indicators.
• Ensure front desk activities are accurate and contribute to patient experience.
