Job summary

QuadMed Health Center in Ohio seeks an experienced Health Center Lead, RN to provide direct patient care and support the daily clinic operations. About 90% of the role focuses on direct patient care, with on-site coordination to ensure efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.

The role partners with operations leadership and serves as a resource for staff, addressing routine operational needs and guiding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting and familiarity with an electronic medical records system.
• One (1) year of leadership experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience
• Outpatient and pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care in accordance with ethics and clinical standards.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care for age-specific needs.
• Collects and documents patient information including chief complaint and vital signs.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments per provider orders.
• Performs lab and diagnostic testing and reports results promptly, escalating critical values as needed.
• Assists providers with examinations and procedures and prepares equipment and rooms.
