Oakview Health Center is seeking a Health Center Administrator to oversee the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care programs within a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
A California Nursing Home Administrator license is required, with RCFE license either current or obtainable within six months.
The role offers a salary of $185,000–$190,000 with bonus potential up to 50% of base salary, plus benefits, 401(k) match, tuition assistance and career development.
The Health Center Administrator at Oakview Health Center is responsible for overall operation of the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care program. Partners with the Executive Director in the overall administration of the University Village Continuing Care Retirement Community, with specific responsibility for the Health Center: Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. They also handle special projects for the Owners and the Executive Director. In the Executive Director's absence, the Administrator assumes responsibility for all Community operations.
