Job summary

Oakview Health Center is seeking a Health Center Administrator to oversee the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care programs within a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

A California Nursing Home Administrator license is required, with RCFE license either current or obtainable within six months.

The role offers a salary of $185,000–$190,000 with bonus potential up to 50% of base salary, plus benefits, 401(k) match, tuition assistance and career development.

Qualifications

• Active California Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• RCFE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 2–3 years of management experience in health care or life plan community.
• BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area.
• Background in financial management, including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state laws related to operation of the Community.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care programs.
• Partner with the Executive Director in overall administration of the community.
• Handle special projects for Owners and Executive Director.
• In the Executive Director's absence, assume responsibility for all community operations.
