Talnt is seeking an experienced Health Law Associate to join its national healthcare transactions practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other sophisticated deals representing healthcare providers, private equity firms, investors, and other healthcare organizations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate M&A experience.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
• Coordinate transaction workstreams and manage deal timelines.
