Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in health care matters.
• Experience litigating health care reimbursement and regulatory compliance matters.
• Public agency or Medi-Cal related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on health care regulatory and compliance matters, reimbursement, operations, privacy and security.
• Litigate health care reimbursement disputes and related arbitrations/litigation.
• Assist clients including health plans and hospitals with contracting, mergers and acquisitions.
