Qualifications

• At least 3 years of litigation experience in health care matters.
• Experience with health care regulatory and compliance matters.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, provider and vendor contracting, and related disputes.

Responsabilités

• Litigate health care reimbursement and regulatory matters, including arbitration and litigation.
• Advise health plans and hospitals on regulatory compliance and contracts.
• Public agency experience is a plus in health care regulatory matters.
