Qualifications

• Two to five years of health care litigation experience.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, and handling complex discovery.
• Knowledge of health care regulatory matters, HIPAA, audits and investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex health care litigation and compliance for regional and national clients.
• Maintain significant client contact and communication.
• Prepare cases for trial and manage motions and discovery.
