Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati, OH and other offices invites Health Care Litigation Associates with 2–5 years of experience to apply.

You will handle motions, depositions, complex discovery and ESI, and prepare cases for trial, with exposure to health care regulatory matters including HIPAA, audits, payor disputes and ERISA litigation.

Ohio, Kentucky or Pennsylvania bar admission is required; out-of-state candidates may sit for the Ohio, Kentucky or Pennsylvania bar exam.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of litigation experience.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions.
• Experience taking depositions and handling complex discovery and ESI.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• License to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania; bar eligibility required or pending.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex health care litigation and compliance for regional and national clients.
• Significant client contact and interaction throughout matters.
