Job Summary

Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our health care practice group, working from its Los Angeles office. The work will include class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations within health care.

Responsibilities

The Associate will:

• Conduct written discovery and legal research.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases, including class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions.
• Strong academic credentials and highly developed writing and analytical skills.
• Member of the California Bar.
• Experience in health care is a plus but not required.
