Qualifications

• 2–5 years of health care litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
• Handling depositions and complex discovery including ESI.
• Knowledge of health care regulatory matters (HIPAA) preferred.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex health care litigation.
• Prepare cases for trial and manage client contact.
• Assist with regulatory matters and investigations as needed.
