Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Health Care Director to lead the nursing team. You will spearhead clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff.

You will make a difference in residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care. You will be responsible for monitoring medication management, performing resident assessments and providing onsite medical care, guiding health issues, and communicating evolving needs to

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state.
• Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services
• ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
• Prefer: prior experience in supervising direct care staff

• Champions high quality and infection control
• Verifies physician orders
• Communicates move-in/move-out information
