Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California State Bar membership.
• 1–4 years of healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare providers and healthcare businesses on federal and California healthcare laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, client correspondence, and analyses.
• Assist with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate healthcare and corporate agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and day‑to‑day operational matters.
