Job summary

Exemplar Health Care in Tipton is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs at Bridgewood Mews. You’ll help with personal care, meals and daily activities, with a focus on dignity and respect.

Shifts are 12 hours, with 36, 42 or 48 hours weekly including weekends. No formal qualifications are required; the role rewards empathy, reliability and teamwork, and offers learning and progression opportunities within the care sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
• Empathy, reliability and a supportive bedside manner are valued.

Rate: £12.71 increasing to £12.81 on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate
