Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Cottingley Hall Care Home in Bradford. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support with clinical duties, and ensure high standards of person-centered care for residents.

You will play a key role in training staff and coordinating with GPs and District Nurses to deliver compassionate care. The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and their families, delivering personal care, and contributing to a positive, safe care environment.

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care. We are happy to support completion of the qualification.
• Motivated, positive with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making a real difference to people’s lives.
• Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of its rewards and challenges.

Salary: £12.90 - £14.51 per hour.

Contract: Permanent.
