Job summary

C-Care Mauritius is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our nursing team in Mauritius. You will provide compassionate basic nursing care, assist with day-to-day patient needs and support a safe, respectful hospital environment.

Reporting to the Head of Nursing, you will help monitor conditions, communicate with patients and families, and document care notes while upholding regulatory standards.

• Recognise and report any changes in patient condition to senior staff, helping to ensure high-quality care.
• Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to support a safe and effective environment.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and team members to support smooth care delivery.
• Help maintain accurate records, including patient information and care notes.
• Follow hospital procedures and healthcare regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for everyone

What are we looking for?
