Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Consultant on the Sales team to develop and implement a personalized sales plan for business insurance or employee health & benefits products. You will coordinate service for assigned accounts, deliver renewals on time, and secure quotes as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of Outside B2B selling, experience with midmarket companies (100-1000 employees), and a collaborative, assertive yet consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Outside B2B selling experience.
• Experience in the midmarket (100-1000 employees).
• Professional, collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
• Must be assertive, yet consultative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance or employee health & benefits products.
• Coordinate service of assigned accounts and deliver renewals on a timely basis.
• Secure quotes when necessary and align offerings with client needs.
