Centro Benefits Research, LLC is seeking a talented professional to join our Benefit and Marketing Team. You will evaluate insurance contracts, develop RFPs, and support client objectives with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal sales and client teams across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance or related field preferred.
• Exposure to fully insured and self-insured ancillary arrangements a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for clients, assessing competitiveness and viability of ancillary benefit packages.
• Develop request for proposals (RFPs) and marketing presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales team to ensure activities support business goals.
• Maintain accurate client records in management systems and ensure quality documentation.
• Utilize technology, including APIs and digital tools, to optimize quoting workflows and client service.
• Provide backup support for Senior Benefit and Marketing Analysts, aiding marketing presentation development.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and strategic analyses to support internal sales efforts.
