CVS Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day. You will manage multiple intake sources and prioritize requests to ensure timely processing.

The role requires data entry accuracy, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving procedures while collaborating with QA and cross-functional teams. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience in grievances/appeals or similar intake roles.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with grievance and appeals processes is preferred.

• Review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day of receipt.
• Monitor intake sources (call tracking, fax, email, mail) and prioritize requests.
• Coordinate with QA and teammates; participate in weekly intake reviews.
• Adapt to changing procedures while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
