Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Intake Coordinator to review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day. You will manage intake from calls, fax, email, and mail, prioritizing requests and determining processing requirements.

You will collaborate with QA and other teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution while adapting to evolving procedures and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in grievances/appeals.
• Strong data entry and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and prioritize intake from multiple sources.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, research and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day.
• Intake cases from call tracking, fax, email, and mail and prioritize requests.
• Determine case type and applicable processing requirements.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with stakeholders and project managers.
• Adapt to changing procedures while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
