CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases promptly. You will monitor multiple intake sources and prioritize requests to ensure accurate processing across member, provider, and post-service appeals.

The role demands strong data entry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with experience in grievance and appeals. A high school diploma is required, and the position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with grievance and appeals processes preferred.
• Strong data entry, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day of receipt.
• Monitor multiple intake sources (call tracking, fax, email, mail) and prioritize requests.
• Intake various case types including member/provider grievances and appeals.
• Review information to determine appropriate case type and processing requirements.
• Maintain organization to handle urgent requests and varied turnaround times.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate case entry and complete information.
• Respond to QA questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with intake coordinators, analysts, QA, managers, and PMs.
• Adapt to changing procedures while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
