Job summary

WTW invites recent graduates to join the Recent College Graduate Program (RCGP), a centrally run 12‑month experience designed to build knowledge across health care, group benefits and wellbeing. You’ll work with a dedicated team, engage with colleagues nationwide, and develop a broad skill set through varied client cohorts and projects.

The program includes hands‑on exposure to pricing, vendor evaluation, data analytics and governance strategies.

Qualifications

• Complete the Health and Benefits or Health, Equity and Wellbeing Summer 2026 Internship at WTW.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a GPA >= 3.0.
• Actuarial exams highly preferred for actuarial track.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions.
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
• Perform financial analyses, including pricing and contributing strategies for plans.
• Gain knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life and disability insurance, health equity and wellbeing.
• Evaluate responses to surveys and vendor proposals.
• Collaborate with your RCGP class on projects and trainings.
