WTW is recruiting for its Recent College Graduate Program (RCGP), a 12-month opportunity for recent graduates to build knowledge across health care, group benefits, and wellbeing. The role provides exposure to clients from Fortune 500 to mid-market firms and interactions with senior leaders.

A hybrid work model is required, and the program emphasizes skills development and collaboration. Base salary range is $70,000–$75,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Health and Benefits or Health, Equity and Wellbeing Summer 2026 Internship at WTW.
• Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions.
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
• Perform financial analyses, including pricing, contribution strategies, and modeling plan design alternatives.
• Gain specialized knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life and disability insurance, wellbeing, and analytics.
