Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Account Manager to support the Access U.S. customers. You will partner with Account Managers, customers, brokers, and internal partners to deliver day-to-day operational and service support across the customer lifecycle.

You will help drive customer satisfaction and membership retention through proactive coordination, issue resolution, and data-driven analysis. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management, customer service, health care operations, benefits administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, priorities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic account plans and strategies to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze customer data and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate eligibility, enrollment activities, and verification of member eligibility with partners.
• Review SBC materials and plan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities and coordinate key deliverables.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with implementation projects.
