CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience for Access U.S. customers, brokers, and members.

You will support the Account Management team across eligibility, enrollment, benefit documentation, and customer service, while coordinating with internal partners to ensure accurate, timely resolutions and successful account outcomes. Responsibilities include developing account plans, analyzing performance trends, maintaining relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic account plans to support customer satisfaction and growth.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operations partners.
• Review SBC materials and plan documents for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
