Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Access U.S. team seeks an Analyst, Account Manager who excels in delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting ongoing success for our U.S.-based employer customers.

You will partner with Account Managers, customers, brokers, and internal partners to coordinate eligibility, enrollment, benefit documentation, and service activities across the customer lifecycle, driving satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in account management, customer service, or health care operations.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic account plans and strategies to support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Analyze customer data, performance metrics, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, brokers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operational partners and verify member eligibility.
• Review benefit grids and SBC materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities through review and documentation coordination.
• Research and resolve customer, broker, and member issues with internal teams.
