You will partner with Account Managers, customers, brokers, and internal teams to provide day-to-day operational support, ensure accuracy, and enhance satisfaction and retention through proactive coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration across billing, enrollment, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to strategy and improvements within a large healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of account management or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requests, priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail when reviewing benefit information and plan documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic account plans to support customer satisfaction and growth.
• Analyze customer data, performance metrics, and trends to identify improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operational teams.
• Review SBC materials and benefit grids for accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities including rate validation and documentation review.
• Assist with billing, commissions, and inquiries with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
• Participate in implementation and renewal projects with tasks and timelines.
• Contribute to team meetings and process improvements.
