• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of health and benefits regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Support administration of employee health and benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on benefits utilization and trends.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements.
