Job summary

Guidehouse in Charlotte, NC seeks a Health Automation and Analytics Analyst to join our Intelligent Workflow Engineering team. You will help hospitals and health systems tackle revenue cycle, operations, clinical improvement, and transformation projects with data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities include data gathering, analysis, identifying gaps, and delivering quality workstreams; you will support client engagements on/off-site and contribute to lasting process

Qualifications

0 years of experience required; internships accepted.
Undergraduate degree in progress through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred concentrations: MIS, Economics, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support client engagements on- and off-site and on internal projects.
Gather and analyze data to identify gaps and trends and make recommendations.
Develop quality deliverables to support project workstreams.
