MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Current CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from an in-person provider
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
• Competency in pre-algebraic skills for dosage calculations and vital signs conversions

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (apply at AZDPS FCC Form Triage)
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunizationBloodborne Pathogen training offered by TUSD Risk Management Department
• Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for [AZ Health Care Cost Containment System] AHCCS-Provider ID Number
• Health Services orientation/training

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• One (1)year of experience in a health care setting or school health environment
