Job summary

GuideWell is launching Nautilus, a full-time analyst development program in Jacksonville, FL, designed for early-career, quantitative-minded graduates. The program features rotations across analytics, onboarding training, and eventual placement on a long-term team. This is a career-start role, not an internship.

You will join a cohort on our Jacksonville campus, engaging in meaningful projects that affect member care, cost, and outcomes. Start date is July 2027 and relocation is not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent transferrable experience.
• Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through several areas of our analytics organization on the Jacksonville, FL campus.
• Engage in onboarding, relationship-building and foundational skill development through training sessions.
• Complete multiple rotations exposing you to different types of analytical work.
