Job summary

GuideWell is offering an Enterprise Analytics Summer 2027 Internship in Jacksonville, FL. This paid 11-week program starts in May 2027 and is designed for students who are completing their degree and want real-world analytics experience in healthcare.

You will work in person on our Jacksonville campus, undertake a meaningful project with real business impact, and gain exposure to multiple analytics areas while collaborating with a dedicated manager and team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (not graduating before August 2027).
• Demonstrates a quantitative mindset through coursework or personal projects.
• Exposure to analytical tools or coding for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA or better throughout application and internship period.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive visualization tools and dashboards with real healthcare data.
• Analyze member health trends to surface actionable insights.
• Contribute to research that informs healthcare analytics strategy.
