Florida Blue seeks an Associate Health Business Analyst for the Nautilus Program in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time rotational program develops quantitative-minded graduates through onboarding, hands-on rotations, and a long-term placement on a data-driven team.

You will analyze healthcare data to generate insights on cost, quality, and member outcomes, with training in SQL and R and collaboration across a tight-knit cohort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education.
• Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Join a cohort of analysts and rotate through multiple areas of our analytics organization.
• Work on meaningful projects that affect how we serve our members.
• Onboard, build relationships, and develop foundational skills through training sessions.
