Florida Blue Group is seeking an Associate Health Business Analyst for the Nautilus Program in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time analyst development program offers rotations across analytics, onboarding, and training, designed for recent graduates to build a data-driven healthcare career.

Start date is July 2027 and the role is in-person on our Jacksonville campus. You will work on healthcare data to generate insights that impact cost, quality, and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple analytics rotations at our Jacksonville, FL campus to gain broad exposure to our data analytics organization.
• Complete onboarding and foundational training before moving through various rotations designed to build technical depth.

Associate Health Business Analyst – Nautilus Program

Are you a recent or upcoming college graduate who wants to solve real problems in healthcare? Nautilus is a full-time analyst development program — a rotational experience designed for early-career quantitative-minded individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow.

• Start date:July 2027
• Location: Jacksonville, FL (in-person)

What to Expect

You\'ll join a cohort of fellow analysts on our Jacksonville, FL campus and rotate through several areas of our analytics organization, working on meaningful projects that directly affect how we serve our members. The first several weeks emphasize onboarding, relationship-building, and foundational skill development through dedicated training sessions. From there, you\'ll complete multiple rotations, each exposing you to different types of analytical work.

After the program, you\'ll be placed on a long-term team — matching what energizes you with where the business needs talent most. This is not an internship — it\'s the start of a career.

Past Nautilus rotations have ranged from tracking member health trends and medication adherence to building monitoring tools for provider negotiations to measuring the impact of new care delivery models — all with real business impact.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
• Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R, etc.)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Typical Annualized Hiring Range:$69,000 - $72,500
