GRHS is seeking a Health Aide Lead for Savannah, GA on multiple shifts (7:00am–7:30pm and 7:00pm–7:30am). Employment requires national and state background checks as a condition of hire. Salary is competitive with benefits under the GA DBHDD program.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related Health Aide experience; a Georgia driver's license with a clear MVR is preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Job Description

GRHS is seeking candidates for the position of Health Aide Lead- Multiple Shifts. This position will work 7:00am - 7:30pm & 7:00pm - 7:30am. FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT, STATE LAW REQUIRES A NATIONAL AND STATE BACKGROUND CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

  • Provides basic patient care and works with patients/clients to develop daily living skills.
  • Completes required documentation in patient and unit records.
  • Takes vital signs as needed and documents them accordingly in the Electronic Medical Record.
  • Ensures safety and security of clients.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license from the state of Georgia or from the state in which candidate resides and clear motor vehicle report.
  • At least one year of experience as a Health Aide 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in supervision or leadership role is a plus but not required.
