Job summary

Sacopee Valley Schools is seeking a Health Aide to support our PK-12 students and assist our two school nurses. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:45 to 2:30 during the school year, with responsibilities focused on contributing to a safe and healthy school environment.

The ideal candidate will have solid medical knowledge, be able to implement specialized medical plans, hold CPR/AED certification, and enjoy working with children and staff. A current CHRC from Maine is required.

MSAD 55 is seeking a Health Aide to assist our two school nurses with supporting our PK-12 students. This position will be Monday – Friday from 7:45 – 2:30 pm during the school year.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Demonstrate strong medical knowledge and techniques
• Have experience carrying out specialized medical plans
• Be certified in CPR and AED or be willing to be certified
• Be energetic and enthusiastic about working with our students
• Be able to establish positive relationships with staff and students
• Have a current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) from Maine Department of Education.
