SALARY: $27.50 - $47.50 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver nursing services within the IHCP and in compliance with district policies, professional standards of practice, and physician’s orders
• Manage student specific medical technology and assume responsibility for student safety in the school environment.
• Maintain accurate health record documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors or as determined by the IEP or health plan.
• -Physical requirements require frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting a student with mobility needs. Must be able to safely lift, transfer, reposition, and support student up to 50 pounds during daily school activities and emergency situations. Ability to push wheelchairs and assist with adaptive equipment required.
