Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced headteachers to help train AI models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks. The role requires 4+ years in K-12 teaching, coaching, or administration with ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications.

You will craft and evaluate AI-generated documents and materials with precision and strong written communication. The position offers fully remote, flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and starts ASAP, with competitive hourly compensation

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, and parent-teacher conference notes.
• Produce student progress report narratives and classroom management plans; contribute to school improvement materials and professional development resources.

About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced headteachers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for headteachers with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.
